St Patrick's Catholic Church is situated in the heart of the Sperrin mountains in the beautiful village of Gortin, Co Tyrone. A detached double-height Gothic Revival Roman Catholic Church built in 1898 with a grade B2 listing. The church is cruciform-on-plan consisting of central nave, north and south transepts.

The church was awarded a Treasure Ireland Grant for repairs to leadwork and the parapet wall aswell as replacement of roof slates and cleaning of gutters.
