Kirkcaldy Old Kirk is the oldest building in continuous use in town and today is a non-denominational Christian building.

The building was a former Temperance Institute.

A church was founded in 1225 on the west bank of the River Leven and rebuilt in the village in 1640.

Saline church, built in 1810 to designs by eminent architect William Stark, is part of the rich heritage of West Fife, located in a prominent position in the village of Saline, a few miles north of the Fife Pilgrim Way and with some inspiring views.

Nestled under the wooded slopes of Binevenagh Mountain stands St Aidan’s, a treasure trove of history, legend, and tradition.

Set in a small rural village, surrounded by an ancient graveyard, this much loved Kirk plays a key role within a tight knit community of 700+.

Along the dramatic Causeway Coast, where history and nature seamlessly intertwine, lies the hidden gem of Tamlaghtard parish church.

The chapel dates to January 1839, pre famine times and is of historic significance locally and in County Fermanagh.

Visitors, residents are welcomed as friends to this sacred space, whose very stones bear witness to this special place, part of our spiritual journey, with countless lives caught up in it.

A mid 19th century church fully refurbished in 2025 for church and community use.
