Stephen Bellion has worked in the field of art conservation and restoration for over 38 years.
Initially trained in the 1980’s by Peter Larkwothy, the great grandson of Alfred Bell, of Clayton & Bell. In 1990 he set up the partnership of Howell & Bellion and was running the on site day to day activities for projects. Having worked in many fine buildings from restoring a Comper statue in a country church to recovering a Gilbert Scott decorative scheme in the city.
Stephen and his team continue successfully working in all aspects of Church art and decoration.
