Completed in 1975 the church is shaped like the prow of a ship.
Awarded £5,000 for re-slating of roof and renewal of leadwork.
Built in 1873, the church has a sandstone exterior, slate roof and a bell tower. It contains two murals of St Francis by Pritchard, Glasgow School of Art Principal & the Life of Christ in Bridgeton by Alasdair Gray & Alastair Hood.
