Holy Trinity was built in 1844 to replace an old chapel of ease, which had been built c1535.

Inside, the greatest treasure of the church is its font cover that was made in the 17th century.

There is a peal of six bells, three of which are medieval, contained within the ancient tower which was repaired in 1970 when a new buttress was built.
