A lovely 13th century red sandstone church rebuilt in 1867 to the designs of the Worcester architect Abraham Perkins, in the early English style.

In 2019 the church celebrated its 150th Anniversary continuing the worship started in Saxon times.

The church sits at the centre of the parish of Claines, with the very well known and popular 'Mug House' public house in the church grounds.

On one side this church sits above the river Salwarpe and on the other above the Droitwich Canal.
