A well maintained church in a quiet rural setting constructed mostly of green Spilsby sandstone with a brick built west tower. There are some extremely good examples of poppy head bench ends.

Bratoft is the birth place of the Reverend Thomas Scott, a well known commentator on the bible.

On public view is the extraordinary and probably unique allegorical painting of the Defeat of the Spanish Armada which is painted on 6 horizontal planks and measures 5ft 1inch high and 6ft 9inches at its widest point.
