Inside, the church has a complete list of vicars starting from the 13th century, the first being Geoffrey de Ferriby, 1209. The church has a fine peal of three bells, with the tenor cast from the 16th/17th centuries. A splendid reredos behind the high altar depicts the Visit of the Angel to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
