Church of England Grade II listed church designed by Basil Spence, built in 1959.

Visit St Cyr's on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment, nestled below Stinchcombe Hill, a beautiful church with stunning stained glass windows, recently reordered to be more accessible.

The chapel is idyllically sited overlooking the Toadmoor Valley, the site is made more poignant by the run of identically sized memorial crosses which mark the graves of Bertha and Katherine and a number of local Catholic priests, monks and laymen and women.

During the reign of Henry II, the church was given to the priory of Thurgarten.

The Grade II* listed Fairhaven United Reformed Church (The White Church) is probably the most unusual and iconic church in the Fylde yet many people tell us that they know hardly anything about the church or that they pass by regularly but haven’t ever been inside.

This is a beautiful 11th/13th century building overlooking the River Severn with excellent stained glass windows, a wonderful roof beam structure and a number of listed monuments in the churchyard.
