St Mark is the last to survive of the three ‘Million’ or Church Commissioner’s churches built in Leeds.

St Peter’s is an outstanding Georgian town church in the centre of Congleton.

Remains from the church’s early life and history can be seen just inside the church, there are fragments from a Saxon cross, an ancient gravestone with scissor markings, as well as remains from a Norman arch and some ancient stained glass from the medieval church.

A 13th century church, home to many outstanding features including an 18th century singers gallery, a listed pipe organ and 14th century stone effigies of the Astley family, considered to be some of the finest of their kind in the region. 

Centrally located in Rugby, with an atmosphere of peace and spirituality, we welcome visitors, pilgrims, guests and more to our church, to drop in, visit our cafe or attend one of our events.

Beautiful Grade II listed parish church of grey brick construction, in a Gothic Revival style, standing in a secluded churchyard.

Our Grade II listed church was built in 1787 and stands at the heart of the village in the Dobcross Conservation area.
