Grade II listed building dating from the 13th century.

Robert de Basford or de Ashby founded a Cistercian priory at Catesby in c1175 and endowed it partly with income from Basford, it is one of only four churches in England dedicated to St Leodegarius.

St Aidan’s is almost unique in that it is a Tin Tabernacle which is still being used for worship today.

The church of St Martha the Housewife was completed in 1956 and the dedication commemorates the service of women during the Second World War.

A church at Wilsford is mentioned in Domesday Book, but the building dates to the 11th to 15th centuries, with a restoration in 1860 by Kirk and Parry.
