This will be the first church that many people visit when exploring the beautiful and aptly named Golden Valley.

The highlight of a visit is to the Sanctuary to view the fine triptych reredos with covered cornice and panels of saints and inscriptions recording incumbents and donors.

St Paul's is a living church with ancient roots; overlooking the river Bann, it is a beautiful Victorian church offering peace and tranquillity and is a well preserved fine example of the work of the famous Irish architect Joseph Welland.

The church was largely rebuilt in 1859 and 1860 but has a 15th century tower, with a Tudor window and doorway.

This late Georgian church in a simple Gothic style is located in the village of Loughgall in the heart of Co Armagh's apple growing countryside.
