There has been a church of St Thomas of Canterbury in Brentwood since the 13th century, and we are very much at the heart of the community.

St Martin’s, dubbed the ‘hidden gem’ in Marple, is a simple Pennine sandstone building in the Arts & Crafts style, with windows and artefacts from that era.

St Clements’s built in 1877/8 by Austin and Paley is a major landmark in the centre of a housing estate in Ordsall, Salford.

The Cathedral is the mother church of the Diocese of Brentwood, as well as being the home of the vibrant Cathedral Parish here in Brentwood.

St Mary & All Saints is one of the finest structures in Northamptonshire and its royal connections provide much interest for every visitor.

The interior of the church is 13th century at its best, with a wooden roof in imitation of stone vaulting and one of the best collections of Green Men in England.

Finished in 1860 to replace at least two earlier buildings, this United Reformed church, built in the Italianate style is one of the most significant buildings in Bishop’s Stortford.

The church is Victorian and was built by the 10th Duke of St Albans for use by his family, estate workers and the villagers.

Welcome to Chapel on the Hill Sedlescombe. The church was built in 1879 by the men of the village who used to meet on the village green.
