St Collen’s belongs to a group of three churches in the Mission Area of Valle Crucis, and situated in the heart of the beautiful town, Llangollen.

From the churchyard there is a beautiful view over the little Glem Valley to the hall, seat of the Poleys (pronounced Pooley).

Valle Crucis was truly Welsh from the moment it was founded in 1201 by Prince Madog ap Gruffydd and the ‘white monks’ of the Cistercian order.

This is a place to connect with the ancients and the elemental; a medieval pilgrimage chapel in a dramatic setting, perched on a cliff face above the Atlantic sea, approached down a flight of worn stone steps.

The Tabernacle URC is situated in the centre of Pembroke, a town with a profound and important history.

A peaceful Cornish church wrapped in mystery - dedicated to a saint about whom almost nothing is known, yet still quietly at the heart of parish life after centuries of prayer, pilgrimage and story.

This beautifully simple building is in a valley about a mile from Hastingleigh village, there may have been a church here in the 6th century, but the present building is largely Norman and Early English.

St Deiniol & St Marcella is a well preserved Georgian building with close ties to the Yorke family of Erddig Hall, bequeathed to the National Trust by the late Philip Yorke lll, last of the family line.
