Victorian gothic church, designed by a Benjamin Ferrey, a pupil and biographer of Augustus Pugin.

The church was originally at the centre of the Royal Manor of Easthampstead in the Windsor Forest.

The church is set back from the road and is surrounded by mature yew trees (one of which is more than 2,000 years old), with only the spire visible above them.

Adjacent to Eastnor Castle, with fine monuments by Stuart and Scheemakers as well as Kempe and Pugin connections.

Lord Alwyne's Minton tiles on the floor are immediately apparent, but you do not come here for the architecture, which is nothing out of the ordinary, but rather for the tombs.

St Mary's church is all that remains of the medieval village of Easton Neston when, following the enclosure of the land, the village was transferred to Hulcote.
