ESP Projects is an IT Company based in Sheffield (Yorkshire). We were established in 2002, with the aim of supporting organisations in the voluntary and community sector (including Nonprofits) with their IT Services. Over the years, we’ve expanded the service to support organisations of all types including religious organisations but also, for-profit businesses too. We’ve also expanded our portfolio of services as you’ll find out below. ESP has around 40 full-time employees and regularly appoints people from disadvantaged backgrounds in order to fulfil our company values.
ESP has been providing IT Support to businesses of all kinds since 2002. We provide our services on an unlimited basis, meaning that you pay a simple monthly fee and whatever goes wrong, an engineer will be on-hand to assist your organisation to recover from the issue. This includes remote support AND onsite support – our engineers travel the length and breadth of the country to support our customers!
Often, IT Companies hide their charges, we are different and we have a simple pricing model: If your organisation is based in Sheffield, we charge £25 per user, per month for IT Support. If your organisation is based outside of Sheffield, we charge £30 per user, per month for IT Support.

Security Products
ESP has a team of engineers dedicated to the installation and maintenance of physical security products. We are able to install and configure all manner of different CCTV and Access Control solutions for businesses (and residential where required) throughout the UK. Our preferred vendors are Hikvision and Paxton. We are also able to offer Data Cabling services. Internet Connectivity and Telecoms
ESP is also able to provide Internet connections and telephone systems. We do this via our Digital Group brand which is wholly owned by ESP and operates using the same staff. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in these services.
