St Michael's is a medieval church of flint and stone. Entry is through a handsome Jacobean archway. The nave features a fine Jacobean pulpit and reading desk and a rather unusual stone font carried on six pillars.

Best of all is the peace and quiet of this ancient place. Sit awhile and you will be the better for it.
