The church stands on a Hill at the junction of Broad Street and Silver Street, easily identified when approaching from the seaward end as there is a large cross on the seaward end wall that is illuminated at night.
The building has 11 early zinc windows that have been fully renovated in 2024-5 by Dorothea Restorations. The Georgian Society thinks they may be among the earliest zinc framed windows in the UK. The building contains a Victorian gallery and an early Baptistry.
