The church was founded back in 1630: dating back to our shared forefather, the Revd John Livingston. The congregation was founded in 1835. The church was built in 1846. The church has a simple Presbyterian structure, with an elevated pulpit and a central communion table. Over the years, the building has been extensively renovated. Most recent work has been completed on the roof, as well as the Session Room. The church has a simple and beautiful Presbyterian 'barn type' structure.
