Chester Street is one of the oldest Baptist fellowships in Britain, we can trace our history back to the 1630s.

An active parish church in the rural village of Bosley, nestled between the Peak District hills and the plains of Cheshire, come see the Commonwealth War grave, ancient sundial, railway memorial, or just enjoy the tranquil setting.

An early Victorian, Gothic Church (Grade II Listed) of relatively simple but effective design, reordered in 2005 to create a highly attractive and flexible space for both worship and community activities.

St Deiniol & St Marcella is a well preserved Georgian building with close ties to the Yorke family of Erddig Hall, bequeathed to the National Trust by the late Philip Yorke lll, last of the family line.

In 1898 the Diocese of Menevia was established, and the gothic style Roman Catholic parish church of St Mary became the procathedral, later the cathedral.

Village church built 1868-1870 by local landowner in the Gothic style on the site of a 13th century Knights Templar Chapel.

Opened in 1930 by Archbishop Downey of Liverpool, who described the building as ‘a miracle of beauty’.

Christ Church is a Victorian building.

St Mary's has stood here for at least 800 years.

St Chad's is a superb Victorian church, built on an ancient site, and has a unique Norman font, and windows and mosaic reredos by Henry Holiday.
