A 12th century church in the village of Nether Heyford.

An Anglo-Saxon church, with 1,000 years of history, home to the oldest in situ medieval wall paintings in the country.

This church doesn’t give away its secrets easily, but with a bit of detective work there is so much to discover!

Don’t stop at the bleeding yew, go into the church and experience the peace and tranquillity.

The church was build in 1818 and has links with St Drostan who landed at Aberdour Beach and brought Christianity to the north east of Scotland.

In 1287 a catastrophic storm smashed its way across the Romney Marshes, causing incalculable damage and smothering New Romney in tons of sand, gravel and silt.

Built in the Modernist style the church is a quadrilateral!

Built 1836 with local stone, interesting stained glass, several war graves.

Our Lady of Peace, Newbridge, Grade II* (1938/39) consists of a tall basilica style church with five storey bell tower.
