Wells United Church is a pioneering church, in 1917 the two chapels in Union Street, Wells merged together to form one United Church, a merger approved by a special Act of Parliament.

Originally just 'St Teilo's', the church was one of several (of numerous denominations) built in Cathays in the opening decades of the 20th century.

Selsey was an island when the Christian missionary St Wilfrid landed there in the 6th century and the monastery he founded was an important Christian centre.

Come and experience the calm and peace of this beautiful, spacious and simple church, uniquely unaltered structurally since its completion in 1834 to the design of Anthony Salvin.

A long flight of steps leading up to it from the town square gives great presence to this distinguished looking limestone building whose walls are topped with a parapet of intricately pierced stonework.

Its tall, splendid 15th century west tower is surely the main reason why this outstanding parish church is quite often mistaken for Wells Cathedral.

Originally constructed in 1866, the church was listed in 1975.

Ebenezer Chapel now renamed Cornerstone is in central Cardiff on Charles Street opposite St David’s Catholic Cathedral.

The church was founded in the 12th century and retains some of the Norman stonework. The south chapel of Our Lady contains the 15th century tomb of Sir Ralph Grey and his wife Elizabeth.
