The Queen of the Marsh.

Lamplugh church, designed by William Butterfield, is located in a dramatic landscape on an elevated site, set against the outlying fells of the Lake District National Park with Owsen and Blake Fells beyond.

Sir Roger de Montalt, a baron during the reign of Henry VIII, gifted the land on which St Mary's was built.

St Patrick’s is situated at the gateway to the Ards Peninsula in Newtownards and built in 1877 by Lady Londonderry.

St Clement's is a beautiful and imposing marshland church recognised as being of exceptional architectural and historical interest.

The parish church was built in the 13th century of local limestone, but most of what we can see today is the result of a comprehensive rebuilding in 1865 by architect James Fowler of Louth.

Built of ironstone and chalk, St Peter's has undergone much restoration yet still retains its rural Lincolnshire charm.

St Mary's dates mostly from the 15th century and from the outside its two most striking features are the flint built tower and the beautiful south porch of stone and flint.
