This beautiful church is home to an inclusive community which has worshiped and worked together here at this site for over 900 years.

Founded in AD 553, we are an evangelical Anglican church and welcome people of all traditions or none.

An ancient ecclesiastical centre, collection of two Saxon crosses dating from the 9th century Saxon interior, jacobean pulpit, organ screen and pews.

A 12th century parish church, St Beuno's may have been used as a royal chapel during the early Middle Ages, as the princes of Gwynedd had a court in Aberffraw.

The church lies in a quiet location amidst fields and woodland on the edge of the small Lakeland village of Underbarrow.

Tal y llyn sits in a huge churchyard which throws into relief its diminutive scale.

St Michael's embodies an architectural history typical of the English parish church: Anglo-Saxon foundations; a Norman nave, tower and chancel; aisles of the 13th century; and sensitive reworking at the end of the 19th century.

Come and visit 'The Iron Church', a simple structure with a bell tower and a south porch and stands high above the villages of Askam and Ireleth.

A poem by the 16th century bard Gwilym Gwyn tells the story of St Eilian, to whom this church is dedicated.

St Peulan is medieval in origin, and stands in isolation at the end of its raised, grassed, causeway, which turns off the road signposted to Dolbaen.

Set on the Llyn Peninsula, St Mary is medieval in origin but the font is the only survivor of this age, a roughly hewn monolith in brown stone, painted white on its inner face, almost sunk into the shaft beneath.
