The church stands high on the hillside above the Avon meadows.

A small and ancient downland church which is very much in the centre of the isolated and rural village of East Marden in the South Downs National Park.

Built in 1853 is currently housing three exhibitions; the Inclesmoor Embroidery Map, the forgotten village of Amcotts at Flixborough and the award winning Amcotts Butterfly Garden.
