St Mary & All Saints is one of the finest structures in Northamptonshire and its royal connections provide much interest for every visitor.

12th century church with Victorian and medieval wall paintings, War Memorial window by Karl Parsons, norman and fomanesque features, Tudor Monument to Sir John Newton and seven Hunky Punks.

Lambourn's large and imposing church dates from about 1180, although there may well have been a church here since at least the time of King Alfred.

Thought to be an early 19th century rebuilding of a medieval church although no perceptible early fabric remains.

The Grade I church is well grouped with the manor house.
