Modernist church containing important artworks by late parishioner Harold Riley, acknowledged as the most celebrated Salfordian artist since his mentor LS Lowry.

This magnificent 19th century building, designed by George Frederick Bodley, is hugely significant in the northwest and is known locally as the 'Miners Cathedral'.

Possibly the oldest church in the Diocese of Oxford, the earliest parts of All Saints date from the 14th century, but the font is 13th century so there may have been an earlier church building on the site.

Quirky Victorian Church designed by Medland Taylor which was consecrated in 1868 and which has stained glass windows by Shrigley and Hunt in the Arts & Crafts style and a pleasant garden.

The present church is largely Victorian and is located at the highest point in the town.
