St Peter

The church of St Peter is a Grade I listed building, The present church remains externally very much as completed in 1468, a fine example of 15th Century perpendicular architecture.  Outside it is dominated by a tower at the west end, standing 27M high and embedded with 8 pinnacles.  The church is crenelated with pinnacles and grotesques and is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The grant will enable the church to repair and rebuild a damaged pinnacle.
