St Michael and All Angels


This Grade II listed church is a prominent and lofty building with original medieval features, largely restored in 19th Century when transepts and clock tower were added. Features fine include stained glass windows by Hardman, also Holiday and Ward & Hughes. There is also Grade II listed sundial in churchyard.

The maintenance grant hs enabled the church to repair and replace corroded gutters, downpipes and fittings to the north and south nave elevation and the west elevation of transepts.
