St James

This project will carry out works to repair the floor and walls which have been damaged by dry rot. This will involve replacement of the floor under the organ with a new concrete structure, the reinstatement of timbers elsewhere in the vicinity of the organ, and removal of low level plaster on the walls. This Grade II* building was much restored in 1856 and a new chancel built, but the nave is Anglo-Saxon.
