We are the owners of he unique 'Opus Anglicanum', the finest medieval embroidered cope in Britain currently on display in the V&A Museum.
The south aisle became a chantry chapel for the Fermor family in the reign of Henry VIII, shortly before chantries were abolished. An exceptionally wide arch leads into it from the chancel through a screen.
Apart from the three rich marble Fermor tombs in the chantry, the church contains two rarities: an early 14th century stone reredos depicting the Last Supper and a Holy Rood sculpted on the outside of the tower
