Drax church is a heritage site full of historical interest, in the middle of scenic walks and surrounded by a large graveyard which is popular with family historians, as well as hosting War Memorial sites.

In spring we have snowdrops and celebrate Remembrance Sunday with a sea of knitted poppies.
