Built by local cotton mill owners to serve its community. This impressive building houses a Harrison Organ, a font, which was the model for the one in Durham Cathedral, and dates back to 1896. The Runcorn stone pulpit by Dent & Marshell of Blackburn dates back 1896. The church boasts stained glass windows designed by Morris and Co,
