Our bright, modernised Victorian church occupies a dominant position on the bustling Portishead High Street, within walking distance of the busy Marina with its restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.

The church has undergone several major renovations and extensions over the years, the latest in 2021 and now boasts the Beacon Community Hub with lively cafe, well used hall and meeting rooms, and the church which is extensively used as a performance space for several local choirs and orchestras. Morning service and junior church is held each Sunday, attended by a growing multi generational congregation and all visitors will be sure of a warm welcome.

The Beacon Hub hosts a wide variety of activities in its halls, cafe area and meeting rooms. These include Toddler and pre-school groups, exercise and dance groups, yoga, karate, the Town Band and music groups, three choirs, a number of therapists and councillors, Bridge Club, craft groups, Age UK, Age Concern, CAB, CRUSE, English Classes plus opportunities to volunteer.
