How to get here

Leaving York, about 8 miles due east on A1079, turn right before Wilberfoss, signposted Newton upon Derwent. After 1 mile, take first right into village. Continue along Main Street until you see phone kiosk on right, The Half Moon pub on left and the Chapel on right.

Our Chapel is still open for monthly services and regularly engages with the community in a number of ways. Inside, we store the village Heritage Archives where you will find the social history of the village, maps and photos.
