The Society of Friends emerged in the 1650s, a time of great religious turmoil.

Welcome to the best of only four surviving medieval bridge chapels in the country, it has enjoyed a long and chequered history, and is truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Rotherham.

St Mary's is a shared church used for worship and community, open seven days a week and with a significant 1000 year history.

Our Cathedral, once a Methodist chapel, is now arranged in the Anglo-Catholic tradition and possesses the relic of part of Our Lady's veil and, among others, the original ikon of Blessed Elizabeth Barton, the Maid of Kent.

From the outside, this looks like an unexceptional medieval church, but its interior underwent an extraordinary transformation in 1896-8.

A church at Wilsford is mentioned in Domesday Book, but the building dates to the 11th to 15th centuries, with a restoration in 1860 by Kirk and Parry.

Out of these ageing bricks & intricately carved woodwork, the church seeks, from 1908 to present day, to be a living breathing presence of God's love in the town of Fleetwood.

Our church is at the heart of our community in Thurcroft and is much loved.

This ancient parish church was originally the parish church of South Collingham.

A medieval church containing Norman fabric and which was a chapel of ease for the parish of Norwell existed on the site of the present building; it was demolished in 1849.
