The village church has a long association with Delapré Abbey, from its links to the earliest community of Cluniac nuns to the generous support of its 19th century Bouverie benefactors.

An interesting example of Gothic revival, St Peter’s sits on a prominent location next to the Norman motte and bailey with good stained glass, eclectic mix of window tracery, six bell peal and fine organ.

St Peter’s church is a large honey coloured stone built church, prominent in the centre of the village with a large west tower and a fine western doorway.

Garrison church to Norton Barracks and the Worcestershire Regiment the church underwent major restoration and rebuilding by W J Hopkins and Ewan Christian in 1875/76.

Known locally as the Cathedral on the Hills, our early medieval church has its snowdrop display at its best in February.

Dating from circa 1100, and beautifully restored in the 19th century All Saints church holds many reminders of the remarkable Victorian hymn writer Reverend Sir Henry Williams Baker.
