Beautiful 700 year old church in the historic centre of Chester.

St Chad's church in Holt is a marvellous historic church, built largely of red sandstone, on the banks of the River Dee, just barely inside Wales.

St Lawrence is an unmistakable church perched high on West Wycombe Hill with the famous 'Golden Ball' at the top of the tower.

Roger de Montgomery, 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, owned most of Shropshire, and it was he who founded this Benedictine abbey in 1083, he is said to have been buried here when he died in 1094.

St Augustine's was built in 1975 and since then has served Grahame Park housing estate in the Catholic tradition.

St. Michael’s is the parish church serving both Kirby le Soken and Kirby Cross. It stands back from the main road through Kirby le Soken at the end of a driveway.

The church, designed by Colin Shewring, was built and dedicated in 1965, it is one of the most distinctive buildings on the estate and in Oxford, with its curved walls and roof.

The church is one of the most spectacular Romanesque parish churches in England, its timeless rural setting does nothing to prepare you for the shock of the west front of the church and the riot of 12th century carving both outside and inside the building.
