The original building with a Gothic structure was built in 1852. Following a part rebuild and restoration in 1991, the modern worship area with attached offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and toilets was added. The church is located on a busy road junction, but there is a sense of calm with its setting in a well kept church garden. Only a short walk from West Croydon Station or from Bus stop on London Road.
