Castle Square United Reformed Church is a Christian church situated in the village of Trefforest, south of Pontypridd in South Wales. It was founded by Ebenezer Welsh Congregational Church, Rhydyfelin as an English Congregational Church during the great Welsh Revival of 1905, and the current building was erected in 1906. In 1972 it became part of the United Reformed Church, a Christian denomination which includes churches from the Congregational, Presbyterian and Disciples traditions in Wales, England and Scotland.

The congregation is small but quite active in church life. All visitors comment on the friendliness and welcome they feel on attending the church. Our weekly activities include a ‘Craft and Chat class’, a café each Tuesday serving lunches and a ladies Guild.

Everyone is welcome to our open and inclusive home.
