Last year our supporters invited their friends and family to help them raise money to support our work by creating a Facebook Birthday Fundraiser. Whether you raise £5 or £100, your donation will be greatly appreciated.
Have some fun and raise money for UK churches
The need for churches is greater than ever; over the last two years they have served as vaccination centres and food banks, and with clergy and volunteers helping those socially isolating in many ways including telephone counselling and delivering medicines, churches and chapels have been magnificent first responders during the coronavirus pandemic.
But churches need your help now - loss of income due to closure during these past difficult years, has meant many struggling to maintain and repair their buildings.
Whether biking, baking or doing something totally different, fundraise for us and help us care for these treasured buildings
Join a sponsored walk, run a marathon, organise an afternoon tea party, or even a wine tasting evening; whether you raise £50 or £5,000, challenge yourself this year to raising money to safeguard the UK's churches and help preserve our UK treasure for future generations.

Join us in this annual national sponsored event taking place on the second Saturday in September. Visi unique historic buildings, see beautiful countryside, get some exercise and have fun with the family!
Host a tea party in the comfort of your own home. All you need is some tea, some cakes and of course some people who are happy to help by making a small donation. You can hold your tea party on a date to suit you in your church, churchyard, in your home, garden or even online on Zoom.

We are a charity and all our income comes from Trusts and the generous donations of our Friends and supporters. Your gift will help us in our work to ensure that the UK's historic churches are open and in good repair so that they can remain at the heart of their communities, provide vital help to local people and welcome all who visit.
For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to National Churches Trust. I've chosen this charity because it does so much to safeguard beautiful, historic church buildings. Lucy, 2021
