This charming and quintessentially characteristic Early English and Decorated church, nestling in a mature churchyard on a rise overlooking farmland to the northwest, comprises chancel, four bay nave, tower with lucarnated octagonal spire.

Notable architectural featues include Anglo Saxon interlaced stonework, and outstanding 14th century font described by Pevsner as 'surprising and delightful' and porch with benches. Restored in 1854 and 1889 more recent projects have restored and exposed the Victorian red tiled nave floor.

We are pleased to hold Bronze Eco Church status.
