Was your church helped by the Incorporated Church Building Society?

Was your church or chapel built thanks to a grant from the Incorporated Church Building Society, or did it receive a grant for repairs or enlargements?

2018 marked the 200th anniversary of the Incorporated Church Building Society (ICBS), which helped build and enlarge thousands of Anglican churches in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

The ICBS is one of the National Churches Trust's predecessor charities, and today we carry on their work today across all denominations.

You can search the ICBS's records by diocese (at the time the grant was awarded) below to find out if your church was helped.
