Linda Patrick: Church Support Officer

Linda joined the team in 2018 as a Church Support Officer working on specific church tourism projects as well as helping to develop into becoming the central hub for church tourism across the UK. Working within the small church tourism team, Linda is available to provide advice on all aspects of marketing and PR.

Linda believes that every church has a story to tell and is keen to work with churches to help them find those hidden stories and develop interpretation and promotion that will help attract visitors. 

Linda has a love of tourism and a love of marketing, and since qualifying from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, she now has over 25 years experience in destination management. Following her marriage to a vicar, Linda became more interested in church buildings and the potential they have as tourist attractions and as a result, over the last 15 years, has focused her attention towards helping churches find their marketing potential. She is responsible for the marketing of the highly successful West Lindsey Churches Festival and recently has helped create a similar festival in the east of Lincolnshire.
