The church is cruciform in plan with a south aisle and north and south transepts.

Four arches support a timber barrel roof and there is a small gallery at the end of the nave. Second World War Memorial stained glass window by Douglas Hamilton, Glasgow, with four lights depicting Peace, Victory, Willingness to Lay Down Life and The Glory of the King of Heaven. Willis organ of 1890 installed 1983.

Memorial chapel furnished in the south transept 1990 used for private prayer and small services. The church has award winning grounds.
