The church sits at the heart of the village. C13 origin, with several C19 restorations. C15 tower and spire. The project is for essential high level repairs to the church tower and includes replacing stonework, repointing and lining of the gutter valley between the parapet and the spire to stop continuous water ingress to the walls of the tower. Although not picked up by the 2015 Quinquennial survey, the tower now needs to be repaired urgently. The integrity of the tower is fundamental to the church being used, both as a place of worship and as a community facility.
