Situated in the North Wessex Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, one of the most notable features of St Mary’s church is its distinctive round tower, one of only two in Berkshire and the most westerly in the country.
The National Churches Trust’s Project Development Grant will enable planning for a project to help the church better meet the needs of local people, researching and fundraising for a programme of reairs and installation of facilities including toilets and a kitchen.
