The church consists of a tower, nave and chancel. The visible masonry dates from the 13th to the 16th century. It is currently being repaired. This is the first major building work since 1862. The bell was cast by Charles Stephens of Norwich in 1696. The organ is a fine instrument made by Bevungton of London in the latter part of the 19th century. The chief point of interest is the altar which is 13th century and was restored to its proper place in 1916. The east window is like a Christmas card but we do not know who made it. The window in the north wall of the nave was designed by Audrey Ridsdale, the vicar's daughter. There is a memorial in the churchyard on the south side to William Edge who assisted with the building of Raynham Hall.
