Roof and gutter repairs to make this fine example of non conformist C19 church, in a neo classical style, watertight. The roof of the church needs repair to stop water coming in and once scaffolding is up debris needs to be cleaned away, lead flashing resealed, render removed and re-rendered and minor brickwork repairs and pointing carried out. The church is a centre of community and interfaith activity in the middle of Maidstone. It is open every day and has daily coffee mornings, a Friday market and a Wednesday lunch club for the elderly and housebound.
