All Saints is a very beautiful church of the Gothic Revival style with a prominent spire visible across much of the local area. It is set in a churchyard that backs onto the National Trust Woodland which surrounds Gawthorpe Hall, there are picturesque walks from the back of church through the woodland to the Hall. There are historic ties to that estate and the Shuttleworth family.

The inside of the church is equally stunning with internal carvings, pictures, and a historic Funeral Hatchment donated by the Shuttleworth family. There is also extensive research into the history behind our war memorials available for public examination.

The east window features stained glass by famous Glass artist Brian Clarke who at the time was just embarking on his career. It adds a modern art flavour to an otherwise traditional building and setting.
